BRONCHOSCOPY

DENTAL CARE

Regular professional cleaning is important to maintaining your pet's teeth. We use
modern and safe sonic scaling to clean each tooth thoroughly - above and below the
gum line. Since most dental disease happens blow the gum line, it is imperative to
clean below the gum line. Also since disease often occurs below the gumline x-rays of
pet's teeth are vital. We use digital dental radiography, the most modern technique
available. Dental technicians polish teeth to create a smooth, lustrous tooth surface
that is more resistant to plaque buildup. Ora Vet, a wax sealant is applied to the teeth
to further inhibit the accumulation of plaque and tartar.. Advanced dental care is
available, including root canals, crowns, orthodontic treatments. Dr. Laurel Logas is on
track to become a fellow of the Veterinary Dental Academy.
